Where we work
Davis County
The towns below are the ones our scan measured, across Davis, Salt Lake, Weber, Utah, Southern Utah, and Box Elder counties. It is a list, not a limit -- if your town is not on it, call. Towns with a link have their own page.
Roofing in North Salt Lake, UT
The hillside streets above Redwood Road and the Eaglewood area catch wind coming off the mouth of the canyons, and that wind finds loose ridge caps and lifted shingle edges first. Older homes down near Center Street tend toward simple gable roofs with aging asphalt; the newer bench subdivisions run steeper pitches with more valleys and hips to keep watertight.
Roofing in North Salt Lake: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. North Salt Lake roofing page
Roofing in Bountiful, UT
Much of the housing east of Main Street dates to the postwar decades, which means plenty of roofs on their second or third layer of asphalt and ventilation that was never quite right. Up toward the bench below Mueller Park Canyon, the pitches get steeper and the wind is harder on ridge lines. Older homes here often need decking checked before anything new goes down.
Roofing in Bountiful: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Bountiful roofing page
Roofing in Woods Cross, UT
Flat ground along 500 South and 800 West, with a mix of mid-century ramblers and subdivisions built from the 1990s onward. The ramblers typically carry low-slope sections over carports or additions, and those are where leaks start rather than the main field of shingles. Newer homes are mostly straightforward asphalt, where flashing at sidewalls and penetrations matters most.
Roofing in Woods Cross: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Woods Cross roofing page
Roofing in West Bountiful, UT
Larger lots between 500 West and the Legacy Parkway corridor, with ranch homes from the 1970s and 80s alongside newer builds. Open ground means little shelter from the wind that runs down the valley, and exposed roof edges take the brunt of it. Older homes often have original attic ventilation that struggles in summer heat and leads to shingles aging early.
Roofing in West Bountiful: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. West Bountiful roofing page
Roofing in Centerville, UT
East of Main Street the homes climb toward the bench, where pitches steepen and wind off Parrish Canyon hits the ridge lines directly. West of I-15 the housing is flatter ground and newer tract construction. Mature trees along the older streets drop debris into valleys and gutters, and standing debris holds water against shingles longer than it should.
Roofing in Centerville: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Centerville roofing page
Roofing in Farmington, UT
Farmington runs from the old brick and clapboard homes around Main Street and the historic district up to the newer hillside subdivisions on the bench below Farmington Canyon. The canyon funnels hard east wind down over those upper streets, and that is where we see lifted shingles, loose ridge caps, and torn-up edges first. Older roofs near downtown often have steep pitches, dormers, and valleys that need careful flashing work.
Roofing in Farmington: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Farmington roofing page
Roofing in Kaysville, UT
Established homes near Main Street and the older grid sit alongside steady subdivision growth east toward the bench and the Angel Street corridor. The older houses often have multiple layers of asphalt and dated flashing at chimneys. Newer builds run steeper pitches with hips and valleys. Wind off the Wasatch front here is consistent enough to test ridge caps and edge metal.
Roofing in Kaysville: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Kaysville roofing page
Roofing in Fruit Heights, UT
Homes tuck up against the foothills here, with larger lots, mature trees, and roof lines that reflect custom building rather than tract plans. Steeper pitches, multiple valleys, and dormers are common. Being up against the mountain means wind and snow load get taken seriously, and ice damming along eaves is a real consideration on the shaded north and east sides.
Roofing in Fruit Heights: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Fruit Heights roofing page
Roofing in Layton, UT
Older homes along Gentile Street and the established blocks near Main Street carry roofs that have often been layered over, while East Layton subdivisions climb toward the bench with steeper pitches and more complicated roof lines. Wind coming off the mountains is a constant here. Hail and wind damage on asphalt shingles is worth inspecting after a strong storm rather than assuming.
Roofing in Layton: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Layton roofing page
Roofing in South Weber, UT
Homes here spread across the bench above the Weber River with wide exposure and limited wind break, and the canyon wind coming through makes ridge and edge attachment a priority. Housing runs from older ranch-style homes to newer subdivisions with steeper pitches and larger footprints. Snow holds longer on the shaded slopes, so eave protection and proper ice barrier are worth the cost.
Roofing in South Weber: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. South Weber roofing page
Roofing in Clearfield, UT
Older housing near the Hill Air Force Base side and along State Street tends to be compact and simply roofed, built during the base expansion years. Newer subdivisions have filled in west toward Syracuse. Open, flat ground means wind without obstruction, and that shows up as lifted shingles along rakes and ridges. Ventilation on the older stock is frequently minimal.
Roofing in Clearfield: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Clearfield roofing page
Roofing in Syracuse, UT
Growth here has been fast, with subdivisions spreading west toward Antelope Island across what was farm ground. Most roofs are newer asphalt shingle on moderate to steep pitches with plenty of hips. The open country toward the lake means wind with nothing to slow it, and that is hard on ridge caps, starter courses, and anything not fastened to spec.
Roofing in Syracuse: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Syracuse roofing page
Roofing in Clinton, UT
Clinton grew out of farmland into subdivisions off 1800 North and 2000 West, with most houses built from the eighties onward on open, flat ground. Nothing blocks the wind coming across the west Davis fields, so blow-off along rake edges and hip ridges shows up after a hard spring storm. Two-story homes with large gable faces take the worst of it.
Roofing in Clinton: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Clinton roofing page
Roofing in Sunset, UT
Sunset is small and mostly built out, with a lot of the housing stock dating to the Hill Field era around Main Street and 200 North. Those are modest single-story homes, simple roof shapes, often on their second or third covering. Simple does not mean easy — older plank decking, tired flashing at the chimney, and a single bath fan dumping into the attic are the common finds.
Roofing in Sunset: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Sunset roofing page
Roofing in West Point, UT
West Point built out fast on former farm ground west of Clinton, so much of the housing is newer two-story with steeper pitch and big uninterrupted roof faces. That exposure matters when wind comes across the flats off the lake. Newer does not always mean sound either; a roof twenty years into a thirty-year shingle can be shedding granules well before anyone expects it.
Roofing in West Point: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. West Point roofing page
Salt Lake County
Roofing in Salt Lake City, UT
The Avenues and Sugar House have brick homes with steep pitches, dormers, and the occasional original slate or tile section that needs matching rather than replacing. West-side neighborhoods lean toward smaller ramblers and bungalows with simpler roofs. Downhill winds off City Creek and Emigration Canyon work on the older ridge and hip lines, so fasteners and underlayment deserve a close look.
Roofing in Salt Lake City: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Salt Lake City roofing page
Roofing in South Salt Lake, UT
A working mix along State Street and 3300 South: small postwar houses, converted duplexes, and plenty of light commercial with flat or low-slope roofing. The houses often carry additions with shallow-pitch sections tied awkwardly into the main roof, and those transitions leak before anything else. On the flat roofs, seams and drains tell you more than the surface does.
Roofing in South Salt Lake: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. South Salt Lake roofing page
Roofing in Millcreek, UT
Along 3300 South and up toward the mouth of Millcreek Canyon, the housing runs from mid-century brick ramblers to larger remodels on the east bench. Mature trees shade a lot of these roofs, which keeps moss and debris in the north-facing valleys. On the older homes, decking and underlayment are often the real question once the old shingles come off.
Roofing in Millcreek: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Millcreek roofing page
Roofing in West Valley City, UT
Big stretches of 1970s through 1990s subdivisions off 3500 South and Bangerter Highway, most of them asphalt shingle on moderate pitches. Those roofs are reaching the end of their service life in waves, whole streets at a time. Summer sun on west-facing slopes is hard on older shingles, and attic ventilation in these builds is frequently undersized for the heat.
Roofing in West Valley City: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. West Valley City roofing page
Roofing in Holladay, UT
Older homes around Holladay Village sit under big trees on larger lots, with roof lines that have grown through additions over the years. You see more tile, wood shake conversions, and architectural shingle here than in surrounding areas. Shade keeps the north slopes damp, so valley metal and underlayment deserve attention, and tree limbs over a roof are worth trimming back.
Roofing in Holladay: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Holladay roofing page
Roofing in Magna, UT
Main Street and the older blocks around it hold small, simply built houses, many of them with original or near-original roofs and minimal attic ventilation. Newer development sits west and south on open ground. There is very little wind break out this direction, so shingle edges, drip edge, and starter courses take the load. Dust and grit settle in valleys and gutters.
Roofing in Magna: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Magna roofing page
Roofing in Murray, UT
Between State Street and the old Murray downtown you find postwar bungalows and ramblers, usually with straightforward gable roofs and chimneys that need proper flashing rather than a smear of sealant. Newer townhome and condo development near Fashion Place brings shared roof planes and low-slope sections. On older houses, the question is usually how many shingle layers are already up there.
Roofing in Murray: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Murray roofing page
Roofing in Taylorsville, UT
Subdivision housing from the 1970s and 80s dominates the area between Redwood Road and Bangerter Highway, with a lot of similar pitches and similar roof ages across a neighborhood. Many have skylights or solar tubes added later, and those penetrations are frequent leak sources. Valley details and pipe boots tend to fail before the field shingles do on these homes.
Roofing in Taylorsville: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Taylorsville roofing page
Roofing in Kearns, UT
Much of Kearns grew from compact, uniform housing with low to moderate pitches and limited overhangs, and later subdivisions filled in around 5400 South and 4000 West. The uniformity means roofs age on a similar schedule. With little shade and open exposure, sun and wind do most of the damage here, usually showing up as brittle shingles and lifted edges first.
Roofing in Kearns: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Kearns roofing page
Roofing in Cottonwood Heights, UT
Sitting at the mouths of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, this area gets more snow and more wind than the valley floor. Homes along Fort Union Boulevard and up the benches range from 1960s ramblers to larger custom builds with steep, complex roofs. Ice damming at eaves and valleys is a genuine concern, so underlayment and ventilation matter as much as the shingle.
Roofing in Cottonwood Heights: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Cottonwood Heights roofing page
Roofing in Midvale, UT
Around Main Street and the older Midvale blocks you find small early-century houses with steep, simple gables and original chimneys. Newer apartment and townhome development near the TRAX line brings larger shared roofs and low-slope sections. On the old houses, chimney flashing, deteriorated decking, and undersized ventilation are the issues that show up once the shingles come off.
Roofing in Midvale: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Midvale roofing page
Roofing in West Jordan, UT
Large tracts of 1980s and 1990s housing between Redwood Road and Bangerter, plus newer growth to the west. Roof lines are moderate pitch asphalt with hips and valleys, and whole subdivisions hit replacement age together. Sun exposure on the open west side ages south and west slopes faster, so you often see one side of a roof failing well ahead of the other.
Roofing in West Jordan: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. West Jordan roofing page
Roofing in Sandy, UT
From the older neighborhoods near Historic Sandy out to the east bench below Little Cottonwood, the housing shifts from modest ramblers to larger homes with steep pitches, multiple gables, and more tile and architectural shingle. Benchside homes catch canyon wind and heavier snow. Ice damming at eaves and valley details are the recurring problems on the higher, shaded streets.
Roofing in Sandy: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Sandy roofing page
Roofing in South Jordan, UT
Daybreak and the surrounding development brought a lot of similar-age roofs in a short span, with tight lot spacing and consistent architectural styles. Older homes sit nearer the original town center and along 10400 South. Newer asphalt roofs here are more about workmanship details — valley metal, step flashing, pipe boots — than about age, since the shingles themselves are still young.
Roofing in South Jordan: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. South Jordan roofing page
Roofing in White City, UT
A compact area of mostly 1960s and 70s ramblers on consistent lots, which means a lot of roofs of similar vintage and similar pitch. Many have had one layer added over the original. Mature trees overhang a fair number of these roofs, dropping debris into valleys and gutters. Once old shingles come off, decking condition is usually the deciding factor.
Roofing in White City: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. White City roofing page
Roofing in Riverton, UT
Older homes near Redwood Road sit among newer subdivisions that filled in the farm ground over the last few decades. Lots are larger than in the north valley, and roof lines on the newer builds run steep with multiple gables and dormers. Open exposure to the west means sun and wind, so shingle brittleness and edge lifting are the common findings.
Roofing in Riverton: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Riverton roofing page
Roofing in Draper, UT
The east bench below Corner Canyon has larger custom homes with steep, complex roofs, tile and architectural shingle, and significant exposure to canyon wind and snow. West of I-15 the housing is more conventional subdivision construction. On the benchside homes, ice barrier at the eaves, properly detailed valleys, and correct ridge venting matter more than anywhere lower in the valley.
Roofing in Draper: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Draper roofing page
Roofing in Herriman, UT
Development here climbed into the foothills below the Oquirrhs quickly, so most roofs are relatively young asphalt on steep pitches with plenty of hips and valleys. The tradeoff is exposure: wind comes off the mountains and across open ground with little to break it. Ridge cap attachment, starter course, and edge metal are where problems show up before the field does.
Roofing in Herriman: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Herriman roofing page
Roofing in Bluffdale, UT
Larger lots and newer construction dominate, spreading out toward the Jordan Narrows and the Camp Williams side. Roofs tend to be steeper with complex lines, and some homes carry tile or heavier architectural shingle. The open south end of the valley gets wind without much shelter, so edge and ridge attachment deserve inspection, particularly after a hard spring storm.
Roofing in Bluffdale: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Bluffdale roofing page
Roofing in Alta, UT
Alta is its own category. Snow depth at the top of Little Cottonwood is unlike anything down in the valley, and roofs are built for load, shedding, and ice rather than curb appeal. Metal and heavy-duty assemblies with serious underlayment are the norm, snow retention is a safety issue, and access and weather windows shape when work can realistically be done.
Roofing in Alta: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Alta roofing page
Roofing in Copperton, UT
Copperton is a small, historic company town at the mouth of Bingham Canyon, and much of the housing dates to the mine era. These are compact homes with simple roof shapes, original decking in many cases, and a historic character worth respecting on a reroof. Wind comes down out of the canyon, and older chimney and vent flashing is often the first thing to give.
Roofing in Copperton: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection.
Roofing in Emigration Canyon, UT
Homes in Emigration Canyon are scattered along the canyon road on steep, wooded lots, and no two are quite alike. Cabins, remodels, and custom builds mean odd pitches, skylights, and roof-to-wall details everywhere. Trees overhead drop debris into valleys and gutters, which holds moisture against the roof. Access and material delivery on narrow drives are part of the job here, not an afterthought.
Roofing in Emigration Canyon: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection.
Weber County
Roofing in Washington Terrace, UT
Built largely as wartime and postwar housing, the older blocks here are small homes on modest lots with simple, low-pitch roofs and limited attic space. That combination makes ventilation and ice damming at eaves worth checking. Newer infill and remodels sit alongside the original stock. On the older roofs, layered shingles and tired flashing are what usually turns up.
Roofing in Washington Terrace: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Washington Terrace roofing page
Roofing in Roy, UT
Postwar housing near 1900 West and the older Roy grid, much of it compact with simple gable roofs and shallow overhangs, mixed with later subdivision growth. Proximity to Hill Air Force Base shaped a lot of the original building. Flat ground and open exposure mean steady wind, and on roofs this age, lifted shingles and worn pipe boots are the usual starting points.
Roofing in Roy: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Roy roofing page
Roofing in Riverdale, UT
A mix of older homes along Riverdale Road and newer development on the slopes above the Weber River. The older housing is modest in size with straightforward roof lines, often on a second layer of asphalt by now. Trees along the river corridor shade some of these roofs, keeping north slopes damp and putting debris into valleys where water needs to move.
Roofing in Riverdale: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Riverdale roofing page
Roofing in Ogden, UT
Historic homes around 25th Street and the east bench neighborhoods below Ogden Canyon have steep pitches, dormers, original chimneys, and roof lines that have been added onto over a century. Wind out of Ogden Canyon is a known factor, and heavier snow on the bench makes ice damming a recurring issue. Older decking under old shingles is worth checking before any reroof.
Roofing in Ogden: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Ogden roofing page
Roofing in Farr West, UT
Farr West is open country west of Harrisville, farm ground turning into subdivisions along 2000 West and 2700 North. Homes here are mostly newer, two-story, and sitting out in the wind with nothing to break it. Big gable ends and tall sidewalls take direct hits in a storm, and starter course and edge nailing are usually where a roof shows whether it was installed carefully.
Roofing in Farr West: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Farr West roofing page
Roofing in Harrisville, UT
Harrisville mixes older homes along Washington Boulevard with newer pockets built on former orchard and farm land. That means roofs of very different ages within a few blocks of each other. On the older ones, the question is usually how many layers are up there and what the decking looks like underneath. On the newer ones, it tends to be flashing and ventilation done quickly during the build.
Roofing in Harrisville: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Harrisville roofing page
Roofing in Hooper, UT
Hooper sits out toward the lake on flat, open ground, and the wind there has nothing to slow it down. Much of the newer housing went up on former farm acreage along 5500 West and 4800 South — two-story homes with tall, exposed roof faces. Older farmhouses in the area often have multiple additions, and the valleys and tie-ins between them deserve a close look.
Roofing in Hooper: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Hooper roofing page
Roofing in Huntsville, UT
Up in Ogden Valley the weather is a different animal than down on the Wasatch Front. Snow loads around Huntsville and the shoreline of Pineview sit deeper and stay longer, so ice damming at eaves and valleys is the usual complaint. Steeper pitches, metal panels, and cabin-style construction are common here, and underlayment and ventilation details carry more weight than the shingle itself.
Roofing in Huntsville: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Huntsville roofing page
Roofing in Marriott Slaterville, UT
Marriott Slaterville runs along the Weber River bottoms west of Ogden, a mix of older farmhouses, outbuildings, and newer homes on large lots. Farm structures often have metal panel roofs with fastener and seam issues rather than shingle problems. On the houses, the older ones may have add-ons built at different times, and the transitions between those roof planes are where leaks usually start.
Roofing in Marriott Slaterville: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Marriott Slaterville roofing page
Roofing in North Ogden, UT
Sitting right under Ben Lomond, North Ogden gets the downslope wind off the mountain, and homeowners on the upper streets east of Washington know it. Housing runs from older ramblers near 2600 North to newer bench subdivisions on steeper lots. On both, the first failures tend to be at ridge, hip, and rake — anywhere wind can get a finger under a shingle edge.
Roofing in North Ogden: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. North Ogden roofing page
Roofing in Plain City, UT
Plain City is flat, open, and still part farmland, with older homes near the center of town and newer subdivisions filling the fields around 4000 West. The wind comes across unobstructed from the west, which is why blow-off calls cluster here after a front moves through. On older homes, shallow-pitch additions and patio roofs are usually the weak point before the main roof is.
Roofing in Plain City: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Plain City roofing page
Roofing in Pleasant View, UT
Pleasant View spreads across the bench at the north end of the valley, with large-lot homes and newer subdivisions backed up against the foothills. Wind coming down off the mountain is the recurring issue, along with heavy, wet spring snow that sits on low-slope sections like porch roofs and patio covers. Attic ventilation on those big bench homes is worth checking before a reroof.
Roofing in Pleasant View: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Pleasant View roofing page
Roofing in South Ogden, UT
South Ogden climbs from Washington Boulevard up toward the bench, and the older homes along Country Hills and the streets near 40th have the complicated roof shapes that come with mid-century custom building — dormers, long valleys, and chimneys that need real flashing work. Hillside lots mean wind and runoff both move faster, so valley metal and gutter detailing earn their keep.
Roofing in South Ogden: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection.
Roofing in Uintah, UT
Uintah sits at the mouth of Weber Canyon, and anyone living there can tell you what the canyon wind does. Houses stretch along the bench above the river with a lot of exposure on the east side. Wind-driven rain and snow find their way under poorly sealed ridge vents and loose step flashing, and shingles rated for ordinary conditions do not always hold up here.
Roofing in Uintah: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection.
Roofing in West Haven, UT
West Haven has gone from fields to subdivisions quickly, so most roofs here are relatively young, built in the same few waves with the same materials. When one house in a neighborhood starts losing granules or popping nails, neighbors often find the same thing. Flat, open terrain near the lake means wind exposure, and edge metal and proper nailing patterns matter more than they would in a sheltered spot.
Roofing in West Haven: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. West Haven roofing page
Utah County
Roofing in Alpine, UT
Homes sit up against the mountains below American Fork Canyon, with large lots, mature trees, and custom roof lines that are often steep and complicated. Canyon wind and heavier snowfall than the valley floor are both regular considerations. On these roofs, proper ice barrier at the eaves, solid valley detailing, and ridge ventilation that works in winter all earn their keep.
Roofing in Alpine: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Alpine roofing page
Roofing in Highland, UT
Larger homes on bigger lots, most built from the 1990s onward, with steep pitches, multiple gables, and a fair amount of tile and heavy architectural shingle. Sitting on the bench below the Wasatch means more snow and more wind than the valley floor. The complexity of these roof lines means valley metal and step flashing are where attention belongs.
Roofing in Highland: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Highland roofing page
Roofing in Lehi, UT
Older homes near Main Street and the original town grid sit next to rapid subdivision growth toward Traverse Mountain and the tech corridor. The old houses have steep simple roofs and chimneys needing real flashing work; the newer builds run complex lines with many valleys. Up on Traverse Mountain, wind exposure is significant and edge attachment matters more than it does downhill.
Roofing in Lehi: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Lehi roofing page
Roofing in American Fork, UT
American Fork runs from the older grid around Main Street up toward the newer neighborhoods near the canyon mouth. Downtown you find mid-century homes with simple gables and roofs that have been covered more than once. Up near the bench, newer two-story houses sit in the path of American Fork Canyon wind, which works at ridge caps and rake edges long before the field shingles fail.
Roofing in American Fork: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. American Fork roofing page
Roofing in Cedar Hills, UT
Cedar Hills was built largely from the nineties onward on the bench below the mountain, so the homes are newer, bigger, and steeper-pitched than what you find out on the valley floor. Many of those original roofs are now at the age where granule loss and brittle shingles start showing up. The elevation and canyon wind along the foothills add wear that a flatter neighborhood would not see.
Roofing in Cedar Hills: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Cedar Hills roofing page
Roofing in Orem, UT
Most of Orem filled in through the postwar decades and again in the eighties, so you see a lot of low-to-moderate-pitch asphalt roofs on ranch and split-level homes between State Street and 800 East. Those original roofs have mostly been replaced once already. On a second or third reroof, what matters is whether the decking and ventilation were ever brought up to date underneath.
Roofing in Orem: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Orem roofing page
Roofing in Pleasant Grove, UT
Between the older homes near Main Street and the newer subdivisions climbing toward the mouth of Grove Creek, Pleasant Grove is a mix. The bench lots sit in the path of the canyon wind, which tends to lift shingles at the field edges first. Down in the older part of town, steeper roof planes with original wood decking are worth a look before anyone talks about shingles.
Roofing in Pleasant Grove: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Pleasant Grove roofing page
Roofing in Provo, UT
Provo runs from the lake flats up to the steep benches below Y Mountain, and the roof you own depends a lot on where you sit. Older brick and bungalow homes near Center Street and the BYU neighborhoods often carry several layers of shingle from past reroofs. East-bench houses catch afternoon sun and canyon wind off Rock Canyon, which is hard on ridge caps and exposed nails.

Southern Utah
Roofing in Beaver, UT
Beaver gets some of the heaviest snow in the region for a valley town, and that drives everything about a roof here. Older homes near Main Street include historic brick with steep pitches and sometimes multiple roofing layers. Snow sliding off onto lower sections and porches causes damage of its own. Flashing, eave protection, and solid decking matter more than the shingle brand.
Roofing in Beaver: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Beaver roofing page
Roofing in Cedar City, UT
Cedar City gets real winters that St. George doesn't, so roofs here deal with snow load, ice at the eaves, and hot summer sun in the same year. Older homes near Main Street and the Southern Utah University area often have steeper pitches and multiple layers from past reroofs. Proper ventilation and attic insulation matter as much as the shingle itself.
Roofing in Cedar City: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Cedar City roofing page
Roofing in Enoch, UT
Enoch is largely newer, spread-out residential building north of Cedar City on open valley ground. Wide lots mean little wind protection, and gusts across the valley test ridge caps, flashing, and any shingle that wasn't sealed down properly. Snow is part of the picture too. Simple gable roofs are common, which keeps repairs straightforward when someone catches a problem early.
Roofing in Enoch: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Enoch roofing page
Roofing in Hildale, UT
Hildale sits tight against the base of Canaan Mountain, and houses here run large, often with long roof runs and multiple additions tacked on over the years. Big spans and wind off the cliffs are hard on fasteners and ridge lines. Where one section of roof was built later than another, the transition flashing is usually the weak point.
Roofing in Hildale: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Hildale roofing page
Roofing in Hurricane, UT
The Hurricane bench sits exposed, and wind coming through the gap near the Hurricane Cliffs works on anything not nailed down tight. Older homes along State Street and the original town grid mix with newer subdivisions out toward Sky Mountain. Heat and UV dominate, so look for granule loss, brittle shingle edges, and dried-out pipe boots before they leak.
Roofing in Hurricane: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Hurricane roofing page
Roofing in Ivins, UT
Sitting under the Red Mountain and Snow Canyon, Ivins is mostly newer and mid-age construction, with a lot of stucco homes carrying concrete tile or low-slope flat sections. Flat and low-slope areas need a coating or membrane that can take direct desert sun year after year. Parapet walls and scuppers are common failure points when the summer monsoon dumps all at once.
Roofing in Ivins: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Ivins roofing page
Roofing in Kanab, UT
Kanab is dry, sunny, and windy, with older homes around Center Street and Main Street sitting alongside newer construction on the edges of town. Sun bakes shingles and dries out every sealant on the roof. Pipe boots, swamp cooler penetrations, and skylight flashing tend to go first, and those are usually repairs rather than full replacements.
Roofing in Kanab: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Kanab roofing page
Roofing in La Verkin, UT
La Verkin sits above the Virgin River on the way to Zion, with older block and frame homes along State Street and newer builds spreading out on the flats. It's windy, dry, and hot, which is rough on asphalt shingles and sealants. Exposed ridge vents and ridge caps loosen over time, and that's often the first thing a homeowner notices.
Roofing in La Verkin: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. La Verkin roofing page
Roofing in Parowan, UT
Parowan is an older town, and it shows on the roofs — historic homes around the Main Street district with steep pitches, odd dormers, and additions built in different decades. Snow comes off the mountain here and sits. Ice damming at the eaves and leaks where an old roofline meets a newer addition are the two things worth checking before winter.
Roofing in Parowan: emergency roof repair, flat roof repair, gutter installation, metal roofing, roof inspection. Parowan roofing page
Roofing in Richfield, UT
Richfield sits in the Sevier Valley, so roofs here see cold winters with real snow and hot, dry summers. A lot of the housing around Main Street is older, and farm and outbuilding metal roofing is common. Freeze-thaw cycling opens up nail pops and cracked flashing. Attic ventilation is worth checking anytime an older home shows ice at the eaves.

Roofing in Santa Clara, UT
Santa Clara's older core near the Jacob Hamblin Home has small, long-standing houses, while the subdivisions up the hill toward the Santa Clara Heights area are newer and tile-heavy. The Santa Clara River drainage means heavy rain comes fast when it comes. Valleys, gutters, and tile underlayment take the brunt of it, and that's usually where inspections start.

Roofing in Springdale, UT
Springdale runs along the Virgin River at the Zion Canyon entrance, which means steep terrain, tight lots, and a mix of older cabins, homes, and lodging buildings. Canyon wind funnels through hard. Metal roofing is common for good reason here, but panel fasteners and seams still need looking at, and so do the valleys where runoff concentrates during a storm.

Roofing in St George, UT
Red rock heat is the main factor here. Summer surface temperatures on a dark roof in the St. George Boulevard and Bloomington areas push asphalt shingles hard, and UV exposure ages them faster than anywhere up north. Newer subdivisions toward Little Valley and Washington Fields lean on tile and concrete profiles. On tile, the underlayment usually fails long before the tile does.

Roofing in Washington, UT
Washington runs along the Virgin River corridor east of St. George, with older homes near Telegraph Street and a lot of newer tract building up on Washington Fields and Coral Canyon. The newer neighborhoods are heavy on concrete tile and low-slope sections over patios and garages. Wind off the open desert finds loose ridge caps and poorly fastened flashing first.

Roofing in Brigham City, UT
Main Street and the older residential blocks hold early and mid-century homes, many with steep pitches, original chimneys, and layered asphalt. Newer subdivisions sit east toward the foothills below the Wellsville and Wasatch slopes. Being at the north end of the valley means wind and snow are both real factors, so ridge attachment and eave protection deserve a close look.

What the crews actually cover
We are not a national outfit with a call center in another state. We are a local roofing contractor, and the reach of the territory is limited by what we can actually service well.
That matters after the work is done. A roof is not finished when the dumpster leaves. If something needs a second look in a year, you want the company close enough to come back.
So the territory is built around that. Towns near the shop and towns a bit further out along the front, north and south, all inside a range we can keep servicing.
We do not chase storms into other states. When a big hail event hits the valley, out-of-area crews show up with door hangers and pressure. That is not us, and you should be careful with anyone who works that way.
If you are not sure whether you are inside the area, call and ask. We will tell you straight either way.
What a visit looks like
A roof problem usually shows up inside the house first. A stain on the ceiling, a damp spot near a chimney, grit in the gutters, shingles in the yard after a wind event.
None of that tells you the whole story from the ground. The only way to know what is going on is to get up there and look.
So that is what a visit is. We come out, walk the roof if it is safe to walk, and check the places that actually fail: flashing, valleys, penetrations, the edges, and the decking underneath if we can see it.
Then we tell you what we found. Sometimes it is a repair. Sometimes it is a section. Sometimes the roof has years left and the leak is coming from something else entirely, and we will say that too.
You get a straight explanation of what the problem likely is and what it would take to fix it. No scare tactics, no today-only pricing, no clipboard urgency.
What we will not do is promise you an outcome before we have been on the roof. Anyone who quotes a number over the phone is guessing, and guesses get expensive.
Storms, insurance and what we can and cannot say
Wind and hail along the front can do real damage, and sometimes that damage is covered by your homeowners policy. Sometimes it is not.
What we can do is inspect the roof and document what we find. That documentation is useful to you whether or not you file anything.
What we cannot do is tell you a claim will be approved. That decision belongs to your insurance company and their adjuster, and no roofer controls it. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
If you do file, we can be there when the adjuster walks the roof and point out what we saw. That is the honest extent of it.
Service area questions
Do you really come out to the towns at the edge of the map?
Yes. If a town is listed on this page, it is inside the service area. If you do not see yours, call and ask rather than assuming.
Does being further from the shop cost more?
Pricing depends on the roof, not the address. Call us and we will talk through your situation rather than guessing at a number here.
How soon can someone look at my roof?
That depends on what is on the schedule and what the weather is doing. Call (801) 880-7663 and we will tell you honestly where things stand.
A storm just came through. What should I do first?
Stay off the roof. From the ground, look for missing shingles, debris in the yard, and dented metal. Take photos, then call and we will come look.
I have an active leak. Is that different?
Tell us when you call. An active leak into the house is treated differently than a general inspection, and we would rather know up front.
Do you work outside this territory?
The area on this page is what we cover. We would rather tell you no than take a job we cannot properly service afterward.
What customers say
The entire White Ridge experience was top notch. From the initial consultation to the proposal to the installation. They were so much more focused on quality versus just a transaction. We received 4 quotes and 3 quotes were focused on a cheap roof option that would’ve lasted 10-15 years. Parker and his team walked us through every option and showed us the differences between the shingles and quality.
I’ve never had to face roof problems before, so I didn’t know what to expect. But White Ridge guided us through the process. What I really appreciated was the communication through the entire process. They had patience with all my questions and were so kind. The crew were friendly and they cleaned up everything when finished. I would 💯 recommend White Ridge Roofing!!
White Ridge Roofing does it better than everyone else. I’m not just saying that to promote some average service, no- they are spot on! They made the whole experience pain free, even walking us through ways to achieve extra savings. I’ll recommend White Ridge Roofing to anyone who I hear needs a roof fixed or is building a house!
