Questions before you call
Do I pay for an inspection? No. We come out, get on the roof where it is safe to, look at the attic side as well, and tell you what we found. The estimate that follows is written down.
How fast can you come out? It depends on the week and the weather. Call and we'll tell you honestly rather than promise a window we cannot keep.
What if I just need a repair? Then that is what we quote. Plenty of roofs in this valley have another five or ten years in them and only need a flashing detail corrected.
Do you work with insurance? We document hail and wind damage thoroughly and give you everything you need for a claim. The approval decision belongs to your insurer — we will not tell you a claim is going to be approved.
